Doing it badly, on purpose
A cure for the kind of perfectionism that disguises itself as rest.
Set out to do it badly. Not adequately — badly. The bar is low enough that you cannot fail to clear it, which removes the only thing that was actually stopping you.
You will usually do it better than badly. But that is a side effect, not the aim.
